Multifold provides a B2B contact and company data platform that enables users to search, filter, and export business contact information for sales and marketing purposes.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

5. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed when you reveal contact information
Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months
Credits are non-refundable except for verified bounced emails
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

6. Refund Policy

We offer credits back for verified bounced emails. For subscription refunds:

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime, no refund for partial months
Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for high data accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current. B2B data changes frequently as people change jobs. We provide credits back for bounced emails as our commitment to data quality.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Multifold and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates these Terms
Is harmful to other users or third parties
Is harmful to our business interests

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Multifold, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
